What You'll Do

  • Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
  • Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance
  • Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations
  • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and follow instructions precisely
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without constant oversight
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • No prior AI, data, or technical experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in quality assurance, research, editing, or content evaluation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an everyday user
  • Background in critical analysis, fact-checking, or structured review work
