About the Role
What if your fluency in Arabic could help shape how millions of people around the world experience AI? We're looking for Arabic language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Arabic-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly influence how AI understands, generates, and communicates in one of the world's most widely spoken and culturally rich languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule, from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Arabic translations and original content for accuracy, fluency, and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural inaccuracies
- Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate alternatives
- Evaluate content across a range of topics, styles, and registers
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no fixed hours
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic
- Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Solid command of Modern Standard Arabic with awareness of regional and dialectal usage
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality consistently and at scale
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of Arabic dialects across the Arab world (Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian, Maghrebi, etc.)
- Academic or professional background in Arabic language, literature, or communication
