About the Role
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand and reason through real-world business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (powered by Labelbox), one of the leading platforms for AI training data.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
- Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
- Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
- Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured content and feedback frameworks
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
- Familiarity with AI tools, content evaluation workflows, or instructional design
