What You'll Do
- Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with scientifically sound logic and explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
- Identify weaknesses in AI outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Pursuing or holding a Master's degree (or higher) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong command of advanced biology concepts across multiple domains (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, microbiology)
- Able to break down complex scientific ideas into clear, precise written explanations
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in academic writing, tutoring, or curriculum development
- Background in data annotation, quality evaluation, or research methodology
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model workflows
