About the Role
Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help train and evaluate AI systems that will power the next generation of healthcare technology. By applying your real-world nursing knowledge to AI development, you'll help ensure these tools are clinically accurate, safe, and genuinely useful for healthcare professionals.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and workflows for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to assess and improve AI outputs related to clinical documentation
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI responses related to nursing practice
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical reasoning into structured, actionable feedback for AI training teams
- Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, patient data narratives, and clinical decision-support content
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in nursing informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
- Strong analytical skills — able to spot what's clinically sound and what isn't
- Clear written communicator who can translate complex clinical concepts into structured feedback
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or EHR optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how large language models are developed
