About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and speaks Italian to millions of people around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal performances and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality Italian voice performances based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated audio
- Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and flow well when spoken aloud
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian with a clear, expressive, and engaging vocal delivery
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically suitable recording environment
- Naturally detail-oriented — you notice subtle differences in pronunciation, tone, and cadence
- Able to take direction well and deliver consistent, professional-quality recordings
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience recording for commercials, e-learning, animation, or broadcast media
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Knowledge of regional Italian accents or dialects
- Background in linguistics, acting, or performing arts
