What You'll Do

  • Categorize and label text, images, or audio using predefined tag sets and annotation guidelines
  • Annotate data accurately and consistently across large datasets
  • Follow quality standards and participate in calibration exercises to maintain high accuracy
  • Flag ambiguous or unclear data points and escalate when needed
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to repetitive tasks
  • Able to follow structured instructions precisely and apply them at scale
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and interfaces
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with quality assurance, data entry, or administrative work
  • Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
  • Background in research, transcription, or content review
