About the Role
What if your social media savvy and cultural instincts could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments — helping ensure the content feels authentic, engaging, and appropriate for real audiences.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's plugged into social media culture and has a sharp eye for what works and what doesn't. No marketing or content creation background required — just a genuine familiarity with the social media landscape and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats
- Evaluate content for tone, relevance, clarity, engagement potential, and overall quality
- Flag content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally insensitive, or otherwise problematic
- Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and platform-appropriate style
- Rate content using detailed evaluation rubrics and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- An active social media user with a strong feel for current trends and platform culture
- Able to assess content quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
- Culturally aware — you understand nuance, context, and what resonates with real audiences
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No marketing, content creation, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content creation, community management, or social media strategy
- Background in communications, journalism, or digital media
- Familiarity with multiple social platforms and their distinct audience expectations
- Interest in AI and how it generates human-facing content
