What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
- Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or ethically problematic
- Write clear, structured feedback that helps guide AI policy improvements
- Work across a diverse range of topics and content types — no two tasks are the same
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or social impact
- Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation guidelines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, law, political science, social science, journalism, or related fields
- Experience in content moderation, research, or policy analysis
- Familiarity with AI systems or digital platforms as an end user
