About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a professional-level Italian voice, a quality microphone setup, and a sharp ear for what great speech sounds like.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated audio outputs
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule, from your own studio
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian with a clear, natural, and expressive speaking voice
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Professional voice acting credits or a demo reel
- Experience working with scripts across multiple genres — commercial, narrative, instructional
- Familiarity with audio recording and editing software
- Exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Italian accents or dialectal variation
