About the Role

What You'll Do
- Design, solve, and critically evaluate advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to create complex, nuanced problem sets
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI model reasoning and accuracy
- Assess the scientific rigor, clarity, and depth of AI-generated biological content
- Ensure outputs meet the standards expected of graduate-level research and scholarship
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis tasks
- Exceptional written communicator — able to explain complex science with precision and clarity
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to scientific accuracy
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in academic publishing, peer review, or scientific writing
- Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines
- Experience designing or evaluating research problems in an academic or industry setting
