What You'll Do
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
- Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
- Validate calculations, formatting, and data consistency
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in source accounting material
- Support recurring dataset creation and cleanup tasks
- Ensure datasets meet quality and accuracy standards for AI model training
Who You Are
Must-Have:
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
- Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable working with structured financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage task-based assignments
Nice to Have:
- Experience in audit, FP&A, or financial operations
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
- Prior exposure to data structuring or dataset preparation workflows
