About the Role
We're looking for biology experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems working on advanced scientific content. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex biology — making a real impact on the next generation of scientific AI.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging biology questions to rigorously test AI performance across advanced topics
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology
- Provide structured feedback that directly improves how leading AI models handle scientific content
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and deliver structured, constructive feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — your biology expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology)
