This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical systems knowledge — EHRs, hospital infrastructure, workflow analysis — in a new and impactful context: helping AI understand, reason about, and support healthcare environments more accurately and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting
  • Review AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and technical correctness
  • Apply your knowledge of EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure to identify errors or gaps in AI reasoning
  • Translate clinical and operational workflow knowledge into structured, actionable feedback
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization background
  • Ability to bridge clinical workflows and technical systems with clarity
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including clinicians and IT stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
  • Background in system configuration, testing, or clinical implementation
