At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT expertise to the frontier of AI development.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical systems knowledge — EHRs, hospital infrastructure, workflow analysis — in a new and impactful context: helping AI understand, reason about, and support healthcare environments more accurately and effectively.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting
- Review AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and technical correctness
- Apply your knowledge of EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure to identify errors or gaps in AI reasoning
- Translate clinical and operational workflow knowledge into structured, actionable feedback
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization background
- Ability to bridge clinical workflows and technical systems with clarity
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including clinicians and IT stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
- Background in system configuration, testing, or clinical implementation
