What You'll Do
- Design challenging, high-quality biology questions to test AI reasoning and knowledge
- Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured written feedback to help AI systems improve over time
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented and comfortable providing critical, structured evaluations
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI language models or prompt design
- Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, ecology, physiology)
