About the Role

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to hospital data governance, clinical data management, and healthcare compliance for accuracy and reliability
- Review and assess AI reasoning around frameworks such as HIPAA, data quality standards, and clinical data workflows
- Identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in how AI models handle sensitive health data concepts
- Provide structured, expert-level feedback on data governance scenarios, policies, and decision-making processes
- Help define quality benchmarks for AI behavior in complex healthcare data contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA
- Comfortable working across clinical, IT, and administrative domains — you understand all sides of the hospital data ecosystem
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, rigorous approach to evaluating complex information
- Clear and precise written communicator who can document findings and reasoning effectively
- No prior AI or tech experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or information governance audits
- Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical data warehouses, or health analytics platforms
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, compliance, or health IT
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments
