About the Role

We're looking for Data Labeling Specialists to categorize, tag, and annotate the data that powers cutting-edge AI models — from text and images to audio and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to doing accurate, consistent work.

What You'll Do
- Categorize and label data using clearly defined tag sets and annotation guidelines
- Annotate text, images, or audio to help AI systems learn patterns and make better decisions
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across large datasets
- Participate in calibration exercises to align with project quality benchmarks
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a methodical, consistent approach to repetitive tasks
- Able to follow structured instructions precisely and apply them at scale
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior data labeling, AI, or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with quality assurance, data entry, or research workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
- Background in writing, transcription, or annotation work
