About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way Australians speak? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to take part in paid in-studio recording sessions that help leading AI research teams build smarter, more natural-sounding speech technology.
This is a short-term contract role — a small time commitment with a meaningful impact. Your voice will help AI systems better understand real, natural Australian English conversation.

- Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned in Australia)
- Session Length: 4 hours per session | 2–3 sessions total
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning.
What You'll Do
- Record natural Australian English conversational speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
- Follow light direction on tone, pacing, and delivery
- Bring your performance instincts to make conversations sound genuinely natural
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
- Native or near-native Australian English speaker — your accent is the asset
- Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue (not just scripted reads)
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
- Currently based in Australia
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording work
- Comfort with improvised or lightly scripted dialogue
