What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
- Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning and tradeoffs
- Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory
- Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing tradeoffs
- Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development
- Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or human-in-the-loop workflows
