What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
  • Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentives, and organizational structure
  • Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning and tradeoffs
  • Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Strong foundational knowledge of organizational behavior and management theory
  • Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing tradeoffs
  • Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios, recommendations, and reasoning
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
  • Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development
  • Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or human-in-the-loop workflows
