About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality speech samples and evaluate AI-generated audio — helping frontier AI systems sound genuinely human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. The work is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning. If you have a trained voice, a quality microphone, and a passion for craft, this is your opportunity to put your skills to work on something that matters.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality voice samples in Italian based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural, authentic delivery
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances across a range of styles
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, rhythm, tone, and overall speech quality
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or professional studio recording
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
- Ability to adapt vocal style and register across different content types
