At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI — helping ensure that the next generation of AI tools understands clinical workflows, systems, and terminology with precision and depth.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a new context: shaping how AI reasons about healthcare technology, clinical operations, and hospital systems.

  • Organization: Alignerr

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare IT, EHRs, and clinical workflows
  • Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, logical consistency, and real-world applicability in hospital and clinical settings
  • Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses involving clinical system configurations, troubleshooting scenarios, and healthcare operations
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI better understand the intersection of clinical and technical domains
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a solid understanding of clinical system workflows
  • Comfortable working across clinical and IT stakeholder perspectives
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate content critically and systematically
  • Clear written communicator who can articulate technical reasoning concisely

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with translating clinical requirements into technical specifications
  • Background in healthcare informatics, health IT consulting, or clinical operations support
