About the Role

We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to help build, evaluate, and guide the data pipelines and analytical strategies that power next-generation healthcare AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced professionals in healthcare data, genomics, or life sciences. You'll work alongside world-leading AI research teams — bringing your domain expertise to problems that sit at the intersection of precision medicine and cutting-edge machine learning.

What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and multi-modal healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for clinical decision support and precision medicine research
- Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data — identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders across clinical, research, and engineering functions
- Contribute to data governance frameworks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and reproducibility across large-scale healthcare datasets
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into meaningful insights
- Able to work cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and confident evaluating the quality and reliability of data-driven outputs
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
- Familiarity with EHR systems, genomic databases, or clinical trial data platforms
- Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical data science
- Experience contributing to or reviewing AI/ML workflows in healthcare or life sciences contexts
